1. DESIGN DATA
  • Reading a P&ID diagram (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram).
  • Component sizing and selection.
2. ARCHITECTURE AND TECHNICAL DESIGN
  • Assembling an air-cooled battery system using design data and guided autonomy.
  • Verification and unit checks on critical components.
  • (Partial) assembly of the battery system – Fluid connections – Electrical connections.
  • Instrumentation.
3. SAFETY
  • Working safely.
  • Preliminary checks.
  • Good commissioning practice.
4. PRACTICAL WORK
  • Checking the assembly.
  • Start-up procedure.
  • System operation and monitoring.
  • System integrity diagnostic: Leak detection – Operating anomalies – Interpretation of instrumentation.
