In order to maintain the seriousness and quality of the services it provides for its customers or future customers, IFC TRITECH reminds you that consultation and/or use of the IFC TRITECH site implies acceptance of and compliance with the conditions mentioned below as well as the laws applicable in France with regard to communication on the Internet network.

Intellectual property rights

In accordance with national laws governing copyright and intellectual property (or other similar rights), the exploitation, use, reproduction, distribution, marketing, extraction or modification of all or part of the elements found on the IFC TRITECH site is strictly prohibited. IFC TRITECH does not transfer any intellectual property rights on the information and more generally on the content of the IFC TRITECH site, whatever the form.

Image rights

All persons represented in the photos and films published on the IFC TRITECH site have consented to the use of their image in the context of services provided for IFC TRITECH customers. The employees and directors of the company whose image is used on the IFC TRITECH site have consented to the use of these iconographic documents within the framework of the said site and only within this framework.

In the absence of prior written agreement from customers and/or IFC TRITECH, the use of the image of the above-mentioned persons for any purpose whatsoever is strictly prohibited.

Collected Information – Confidentiality

The configuration of the IFC TRITECH site allows IFC TRITECH to collect information about users of the site: the aim is to get to know you better, to understand you better and to meet your expectations and needs. If you agree, we may regularly send you new information/rubrics that may be of interest to you.

For Personal Data collected as part of the creation of the User’s personal account and browsing on the Site, the party responsible for processing the Personal Data is :

As the party responsible for processing the data it collects, undertakes to comply with the legal provisions in force. IFC TRITECH does not sell your personal data, which is therefore only used by necessity or for statistical and analysis purposes.

Right of access, rectification and opposition

In accordance with current European regulations, Users have the following rights:

• the right of access (article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation), rectification (article 16 of the General Data Protection Regulation), updating and completeness of Users‘ data, the right to block or delete Users’ personal data (article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation), where such data is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, out of date, or the collection, use, communication or storage of which is prohibited
• the right to withdraw consent at any time (article 13-2c GDPR)
• the right to limit the processing of Users’ data (Article 18 GDPR)
• the right to object to the processing of Users’ data (Article 21 GDPR)
• the right to portability of data provided by Users, where such data is subject to automated processing based on their consent or on a contract (Article 20 GDPR)
• the right to define the fate of Users’ data after their death and to choose who should communicate (or not) their data to a third party that they have previously designated

DAs soon as it is aware of the death of a User and in the absence of instructions from the User, undertakes to destroy the User’s data, unless it needs to be kept for evidential purposes or to comply with a legal obligation.

In this case, the User must indicate the Personal Data that he/she would like to be corrected, updated or deleted, identifying him/herself precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).

Requests for the deletion of Personal Data will be subject to the obligations imposed by law, particularly with regard to the retention or archiving of documents. The User’s Personal Data may be processed by IFC TRITECH subsidiaries and subcontractors (service providers), exclusively in order to achieve the purposes of this policy.

Within the limits of their respective responsibilities and for the purposes set out above, the main people likely to have access to User data are our customer service agents.

The creation of a hypertext link to the IFC TRITECH site requires prior written authorisation from IFC TRITECH.
